I tried Rachel Ray’s recipe for coleslaw because I was looking for a recipe that didn’t use mayonnaise. This coleslaw is so good and so easy! I don’t think I will ever make it any other way.
- 16 oz bag of pre-shredded coleslaw veggies (told you it was easy!)
- ¼ c red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp peanut oil (or whatever vegetable oil you like)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- celery seed to taste
Mix red wine vinegar, sugar, oil and celery seed until sugar is dissolved, then pour over coleslaw and mix. Cover and put in fridge and stir again before serving.
